The Eagles return to action on Friday, Oct. 11. with a tough road
matchup against Liberty-Madera Ranchos. Their final home game is Friday, Oct. 18, against Sierra High before they close out the regular season with consecutive road games.
Reedley High water polo making waves in league play

Reedley High School’s varsity water polo teams rolled to easy victories in their first two North Yosem- ite League contests last week.
The Pirate boys (11-4 overall) opened with a 15-4 drubbing at Fresno High on Sept. 24, then followed up by shutting out Roosevelt 16-0 on Sept. 26 at the Reedley Aquatics Complex. Nine different players scored against Roosevelt, led by Austin Jones and Luke Method with three goals each. Goalie Hunter Shamp had a quiet day as the Pirates dominated ball possession.
The Reedley boys also pounded Sierra Pa- cific 15-3 in a Sept. 17 non-league match, get- ting five goals each from Miles Yada and Jamian Villarreal.
