The family of Edward J. Moore would like to say “Thank You” to the many people that helped him and my mother before his passing.
From the wonderful young men at the Sanger Fire Dept. that made many trips to there home to help, to the barbers that listened to his stories and cut his hair, and the special care he received each time at Golden Living.
From the people who helped mom get him in the car at Walmart, to the people of Velasco’s who always seemed to have a mystery person that took care of there bill.
For all of you, your kindness will always be re- membered and we will forever be grateful.
May God Bless you and watch over all of you.

Rowdy Cole Hulsey was born Jan. 26, 1984 in Sanger and died Sept. 15, 2019 in Payette, Idaho.
Rowdy grew up in Sanger and attended local schools. He was a life-long Sanger resident until early 2016 fol- lowing the death of his dad, when he and his wife moved to a lovely farm in Idaho.
Rowdy loved his parents, Ed and Lorraine and his two older brothers, Spencer and Travis even when they would tease and pick on him, saying he was supposed to be “a girl” and picking on Rowdy because that’s what big brothers do to their little brother.
Spencer always referred to Rowdy as, “My little big man,” a loving tribute.
His mother Lorraine al- ways told the boys, “Just wait until he grows up, he’ll get back at you,” and he did.
“Rowdy was a good man,” oldest brother Spencer said,
“I’m proud of his efforts to become the best he could be. We’re all missing his goofy laugh, giggle and his smile.”
Rowdy is survived by his wife, Michelle Stafford, his mother and father in-law, Mike and Marina Stafford of Oregon; sister in-law Brit- tany Stafford; mother Lor- raine Farrell and husband Neil Farrell; brother Travis and his wife Marci and their boys Wyatt and Waylen; brother Spencer; mater- nal grandparents Don and Fay Lupton and paternal grandmother Royce Hulsey; aunt Kathy Munsey and her daughter Breann Hinkle and her children Ryann, Addisyn and Logan; plus an extended family of uncles, cousins and friends.
Rowdy was preceded in death by his dad, Ed Hulsey, grandfather Harold Hulsey, and uncle Don Lupton, Jr.
Words are hard to come by to express the deep feel-
ing of loss Rowdy’s family and friends feel but Spencer summed it up best, “We love you, miss you and know you are watching over us.”
Though Rowdy is gone from this earth, his presence will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and in the more than 60 people his death will help through the donation of his organs.
No services are planned and the family asks that those who knew and loved Rowdy hold tight the ones you love and cherish them, for tomor- row is promised to no one and every day on this earth is a precious gift.
