The Tulare County Sheriffs Office released the identity of a Culter shooting victim from two weeks ago. On Tuesday, June 11, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office completed an autopsy on 41-year-old Gilberto Serna of Cutler and determined the cause of death to be a single gunshot wound to the upper torso.
