NOTICE OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT IN A FLOODPLAIN
The City of Dinuba is considering implementing a Housing Rehabilita- tion Program to provide nancing for health and safety improvements to income eligible households to rehabilitate or reconstruct homes within the City limits of the City of Dinuba. Portions of the City are
located within the 100-year oodplain.
The City is preparing a review to determine if there are any practi- cable alternatives to locating the program in the oodplain, and to identify potential adverse impacts that may result from this program, as well as mitigation measures that may be necessary to protect the oodplain.
The City is seeking public input. Written comments regarding this issue should be received within 15 days of publication of this notice in order to be considered in the decision process. Comments should be sent to Ismael Hernandez, Public Works Director, City of Dinuba Pub- lic Works Department, 1088 E. Kamm Avenue, Dinuba, CA 93618. An Environmental Review Record (ERR) containing the supporting documents related to the oodplain and environmental determina- tions for these Programs is on le at the City of Dinuba Public Works Department, 1088 E. Kamm Avenue, Dinuba, CA 93618 and may be examined or copied Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The City promotes fair housing and makes all programs available to low and moderate income families regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual preference, marital status or handicap.

Kings River Union Elementary School District is planning two regis- tration sessions for parents whose children will be entering Kinder- garten in the fall. Registration at New London Child Development Center will be held on March 18th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Par- ents may call the New London CDC at 595-0317 to make an appoint- ment. Registration at Kings River School will be held on March 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. Appointments to register can be made by
calling the school at 897-7209.
In order to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year, chil-
dren must be age 5 on or before September 1, 2019. If your child turns 5 between September 2, 2019 – March 15, 2020 and you would like to enroll your child in Transitional Kindergarten, please contact Kings River School.
To register their children, parents must provide:
•The child’s birth, hospital or baptismal certi cate to verify date of birth;
•Immunization records showing up-to-date vaccinations for polio, DPT, MMR, varicella and hepatitis B, along with a current tuberculo- sis skin test with results.
•A complete and current physical and dental exam.
•Telephone numbers for home, parents place of employment and a family physician;
•Proof of residence in the Kings River Union School District (utility bill, rent or mortgage receipts are suf cient proof of residence).
A child will not be enrolled without these documents.

On Adoption of School Facilities Needs Analysis and Adoption of Alternative School Facilities Fees
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Dinuba Uni ed School District will conduct a public hearing, to consider the adoption of a school facilities needs analysis pursuant to Government Code section 65995.6. Adoption of a needs analysis is a prerequi- site to adopting alternative school facilities fees under Government Code sections 65995.5, 65995.6 and 65995.7. The public hearing will take place at a regular meeting of the board as described below.

The resolution to be considered, if adopted, would also adopt the alternative school facilities fee to be imposed on development within the boundaries of the District for the purpose of funding the construc- tion or reconstruction of school facilities. This fee would apply to residential construction as provided by law.
The Governing Board will also consider its exemption from the re- quirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) rela- tive to the adoption of the fee and the adoption of a notice of Exemp- tion pursuant to Education Code section 1762, subd. (a).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Dinuba Uni ed School Dis- trict has made available to the public a copy of the proposed needs analysis. Members of the public may view the proposed needs analy- sis after February 7, 2019 at the District Of ce, 1327 E. El Monte Way, Dinuba California between the hours of 7:30 – 4:30, Monday – Friday. Interested parties may submit written comments regard- ing the needs analysis and the Governing Board will respond to any written comment.

The Board of Trustees of Cutler-Orosi Joint Uni ed School District. Tulare County in California invites and will receive sealed propos- als from quali ed contractors for removing the existing stage lighting, sound system and also installing a new system at Orosi High School and El Monte Middle School located in Orosi California. The school District will receive the bids up to but no later than 10:00 a.m. on the 28th of March 2019. Thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Con- tractor must follow all California public work prevailing wage laws. Bids shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the District in a amount not less than ten (10%) of the submit- ted total bid price of the bidder’s category. Successful bidders must comply with all California public labor laws regarding prevailing wage and bonding requirements. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
