Invitation to Bid
The Board of Trustees of Cutler-Orosi Joint Uni ed School District Tulare County in California invites and will receive sealed propos- als for the removal and replacement of drinking fountains throughout the Districts school sites. The new drinking fountains will be provided by the District and installed by contractors bidding for the labor and miscellaneous parts that may be needed for each drinking fountain. The school District will receive the bids up to but no later than 10:00 a.m. on the 27th of November 2019. Thereafter sealed bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Contractors will follow all California public work prevail- ing wage laws. Bids shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the bid opening date. All bids shall be delivered to the Cutler-Orosi Joint Uni ed School District of ce located at 12623 Avenue 416, Orosi CA, 93647. Contractors must have experience and quali cations with similar projects. Time frame and speci cations of the project will be attached to the bid forms and will be available at the District of ce at the above address.

This Ordinance will amend and update various provisions of the mu- nicipal code pertaining to the City’s water system, water meters, wa- ter service connection requirements, and water service delinquency. This Ordinance is scheduled to be considered for adoption during the regular Reedley City Council meeting on December 10, 2019. City of Reedley Relating to 2019 Building Standards Code On November 12, 2019, the Reedley City Council introduced Ordi- nance No. 2019-008, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Reedley. This Ordinance amends sections 9-1-1, 9-1-2(A)(6), 9-1- 2(A)(7), and 9-1-2(B) of Chapter 1 of Title 9 of the Reedley Municipal Code pertaining the 2019 Building Standards Code. Speci cally, the Ordinance proposes to adopt the 2019 California Building Standards
