• The cold theft of a purse was reported at 10:53 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Whittaker Way.
• Vandalism involving a broken window was reported at 4:25 p.m. in the 100 block of South P Street. • A residential fire was reported at 4:46 p.m. in the 100 block of Palm Avenue.
• Two Dinuba men were arrested shortly after 5 p.m. in the 100 block of West Inyo Street; one suspect on two felony charges in- cluding possessing and transport- ing a controlled substance. The other suspect was arrested on a
single misdemeanor charge.
• A non-injury traffic collision with road blockage was reported at 7:01 p.m. in the 100 block of West El Monte Way.
• The theft of money was report- ed at 10:59 p.m. in the 100 block of South I Street.
• Vehicle vandalism was reportes at 11:04 p.m. in the 700 block of West El Monte Way.

On Feb. 28 at ap- proximately 11:30 p.m., oficers observed a ve- hicle leaving a drive- through ATM which appeared suspicious due to the late hour. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver of the ve- hicle was found to be in possession of a large amount of cash, several fraudulent ATM cards, and multiple ATM with- drawal receipts.
It was determined the fraudulent ATM cards had been used to make withdrawals from multiple bank accounts.
Since Feb. 28, the department has re- ceived additional calls regarding skimmers and cameras placed on ATM machines. The skimmers and cam- eras that have been
