Both parades fea- tured community in- volvement from a num- ber of organizations, particularly at the Cut- ler-Orosi event. Various clubs and groups from the community and Orosi High School and El Monte Junior High School participated. Both the OHS and El Monte marching bands took part in the parade.

Alejandro O. Alvarado
Alejandro O. Alvara- do of Sanger died Oct. 20. He was 80.
Mr. Alvarado worked as an electrician for Cal- ho Electrical.
He is survived by three sons, two daugh- ters, two brothers, two sisters, nine grandchil- dren and two great- grandchildren.
A rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at St. Mary's New Catholic Church in Sanger.

Oct. 31 in Visalia. He was 61.
Mrs. Armendariz worked as a cold storage manager.
He is survived by two sons, one daughter, two sisters, two brothers, 16 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by a fu- neral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17 at Living Word Fellowship in Dinuba.

John Bridges
John Bridges of Dinu- ba died Nov. 6 in Dinuba. He was 66.
Mr. Bridges was a private business owner.
He is survived by two sons, one daughter, 14 grandchildren and one

will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at Living Word Fellowship Church in Dinuba.

Adela "Adelita" Cano
of Parlier died Oct. 26. She was 85.
Mrs. Cano worked as a laborer for United Packing.
She is survived by two sons, two sisters, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Nov. 10 and funeral mass was held on Nov. 11 at Out Lady of Sor- rows Catholic Church in Parlier.

Cheryl Kristine (Smith) Crotts Cheryl Kristine
(Smith) Crotts of Reedley died Oct. 26. She was 64.
Ms. Crotts was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, four brothers, stepmother, two grand- children and her partner, Richard Solis.
A memorial service will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at Christ Lutheran Church in Reedley.

Sara Hernandez of Dinuba died Nov. 4 in Dinuba. She was 84.
Mrs. Hernandez worked as a floor lady.

46 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held noon Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Evangel Bible

Lucille Hoveiler
Lucille Hoveiler of Sanger died Nov. 4 in Fresno. She was 94.
Mrs. Hoveiler worked for the Internal Revenue Service.
She is survived by one daughter, Marla Hoveiler.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Sanger Cemetery.

Raul Rangel of Reed- ley died Oct. 28 in Fres- no. He was 65.
Mr. Rangel worked as a pastor.
He is survived by his wife, Juana Rangel, four sons, three broth- ers, three sisters and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Thurs- day, Nov. 18, at Valley Life Community Church in Selma. A funeral ser- vice will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at Valley Life Community Church. Burial will be at Reedley Cemetery.
