Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Council of the City of Reedley
for furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment and performing all work necessary for the GEORGE COX AND CITY OF REEDLEY CONSOLIDATION in the City of Reedley, Fresno County. Bidding Documents may be obtained from Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group. The work includes underground utility and pavement improvements on East Duff Avenue and on private property, east of South Peach Avenue. The prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California shall apply to this project. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the general prevailing rates of wages and employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, travel time, and subsistence pay as provided for Section 1773.8 of the California Labor Code, apprenticeship or other training programs authorized by Section 3093 of said code, and similar purposes applicable to the work to be done. Said wages can be viewed at https://www.dir. ca.gov/ and are incorporated herein as part of the special provisions.
