• Vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of Fort Worth Av- enue at 7:57 a.m.
The Reedley Police Department handled 533 public-initiated and offi- cer-initiated calls for ser- vice, with 85 dispatched as Priority 1 calls. Offi- cers completed 78 police reports, made 19 arrests and issued 15 traffic ci- tations.

Cleda Rodrigues
Cleda Rodrigues was born on July 15, 1926 in San Bernardino, CA and passed away on January 21, 2020 in Sanger, CA at the age of 93. She was the oldest child of Herman and Lena Sieg-
fried.
Cleda earned her teach-
ing certificate at Fresno State University and taught 52 years in several school districts. She began her career in Los Banos before moving to Sanger Uni- fied. After her retirement at the age of 60, she went to work part time for Kings Canyon Unified in the Independent Study
program for an additional 22 years.
She was preceded in death by her son, Barton Mc-
Murray; and daughter, Cleda Ann Shepiro.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Rodrigues of Sanger; four daughters, Dedra Rodrigues of Fres- no, Nolie Hillshifer of Salem, Oregon, Melinda More- no of Squaw Valley, and Amedee Bricky-Long of Sacramento. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren,
5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Her family, many friends, and students will re- member her zest for life, as well as her loving and giving spirit, as she was always willing to lend a help-
ing hand.
Visitaion was held at Wallin’s Sanger Funeral
Home on Sunday, January 26, 2020.
A Graveside Service was held at Sanger Cemetery
on Monday, January 27, 2020.

Patsy June
Hall
Patsy June (Wedel) Hall was born on June 21, 1930 and passed away peacefully on January 14, 2020 at 89 years old. Patsy was the daughter of John H. Wedel and Hilda (Pauls) Wedel. Patsy was born and raised in Reedley where she attended Riverview School and later graduated in 1948 from Reedley High School. It was at Reedley High where she met and eventually married her high school
sweetheart Donald Uriah Hall.
Don and Pasty married on May 12, 1950. During the early part
of their marriage Patsy worked in the of ce at the Ford Garage in Reedley while Don worked for P.G.and E. It wasn’t long though that Don joined the Navy in 1951 during the Korean War. Early on he was stationed in San Diego where they lived and had their rst child Randall Morgan. Don was eventually deployed to Guam and Pasty and Randy moved back to Reedley until Don was honorably discharged. They continued to live in Reedley for a short time before moving to Dunlap and eventually to the Baker/Hall Ranch where they added two more children to their family, Richard Don, and Cindy June (Donaldson). Don eventually became a teacher/principal while Patsy enjoyed being a homemaker as they lived out their 65 years of marriage on the cattle ranch. Don preceded Patsy in death on September 23, 2015. She continued to live in their home on the ranch until 2016 when she moved into the Garden Apartments at Sierra View Homes in Reedley. Eventually Patsy moved into the residential care of Sierra View where she received wonderful care by their staff.
Patsy and Don enjoyed traveling all over the West Coast, the mountains, and the desert pulling their 5th wheel trailer with other family and friends. Summer trips along the Oregon Coast and also Bend, and winter trips to Parker and Yuma, Arizona were among their favorites. The remaining months one would nd them on the ranch in Dunlap.
Patsy’s husband, parents, her sister Lorene Blanchard all preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children, Randy and his wife Becky, Rick and his wife Susan, Cindy (Donaldson) and her husband Moe. Six grandchildren and their spouses, Heidi Murphy (Jeff) Matthew Hall (Kimberly) Wendy Ahumada (Kevin) Kristin Stein (Grant), Desiree Martinez (Eleno) Uriah Donaldson (Shelby) Eight great-grandchildren, Sean Murphy (Midori), Matthew Murphy, Wyatt Hall, Emma Hall,
Bryce Ahumada, Caleb Ahumada, Tom Martinez, and Oliver Martinez.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Sierra View Homes for the wonderful love and care their mom was given during the few years she
lived there.
