Officers completed 104 police reports, made 24 arrests and issued 37 traffic citations. There were three traffic col- lisions and three DUI cases, seven fire calls and 20 medical aid calls.

BoB Boone March 15, 1936 ~ August 2, 2021
Bob Boone, age 85 went to be with his Lord on August 2, 2021.
He was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky to Bob and Estelle Boone.
Bob and his parents moved to Sanger, California in 1951 so his father could work on the Pine Flat dam as an inspector.
Bob started Sanger High school as a sophomore where he met the Love of his life, Carmelita Henry and they became high school Sweethearts.
They have been married for 65 years.
He worked for Ross and Rabe Engineering for 35 years as a surveyor.
He went to Reedley J.C. and then went to Fresno State.
They have four children, Gwen, Megan, and Cami and Rob who preceded his father in death. They had three grandchildren, and three great Grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
His parents Bob and Estelle, sisters Betty and Peggy preceded him in death.
There will be a private ceremony for family only.
Any remembrance should go to any charity of your choice.

Alice June Miller
March 11, 1935 ~ August 8, 2021
Alice June Miller, a longtime resident of Sanger, passed away at her residence on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at the age of 86. She was born on March 11, 1935 in Parlier, CA to Benjamin & Lily (Multanen) Luokkanen.
She received her early education at Clatskanie Grade School and Reedley High Continuation. She and Ronald “Bud” Miller were married November 1, 1958 in Sanger, CA.
She was preceded in death by Ronald, who passed last year. They were married for 62 wonderful years.
She was also preceded in death, sisters, Phyllis and her husband Sam Filbeck, Laurel and her husband, Bob Karle; and brothers, Benny and, Donald Loukkanen, and great granddaughter angel baby, Cheryl Lynn Wilson
She is survived by her, son, Keith & wife, Missy of Fresno; daughter, Kelly & husband, Mark Cook of Sanger, Karen & husband, Ronnie Smith of Sanger, and Karla Miller of Sanger; grandchildren, Kyle Cook & wife, Kathleen and their daughter, Callie of Paso Robles, Tara (Cook) & husband, Jimmy Wilson, and their children, Amy, April and JT, Cody Smith & long-time girlfriend, Cira Gomez of Fresno; (she loved and treasured taking care of her grandchildren them in their young lives); sisters, Sally & husband, Burt Krause, Hazel & husband Albert Cruz; and brother, Leroy & wife, Harriette Luokkanen of Fresno; numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
