“Well done, good and faithful servant.”
Randall Guerra took his final breath on May 12, 2021 at 9:45 a.m., surrounded by his wife and children, and was quickly greeted by the Lord. All who knew Randall knew that he was a man of much faith, always willing and able to go before the Lord, to enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. Randall touched the lives of many through his faith, but also through his involvement in the communities he lived in.
Although he was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has lived in Clovis, Fresno, Squaw Valley and Visalia, he was Sanger raised and Sanger will always be where he calls home. His Apache Pride coursed through his veins. He loved Sanger and was involved with the city in more ways than most. Whether it was through church, insurance sales, coaching soccer, housing foreign exchange students, or his other community involvements, if you asked around town about Randall, you would get a plethora of responses about how someone first met him.
His love for the Lord, his family, and Sanger will forever be his legacy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelina Guerra.
He is survived by his wife, Ingrid Guerra of Clovis; sons, Anthony Guerra of Fresno, Jacob Guerra of Fresno, Aaron Guerra of Clovis, and Gabriel Guerra of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Cierra Guerra of Fresno; step-sons, Joshua Farmer of Artesia and Eddie Farmer of Los Angeles; step- daughter, Katharina Phan of La Mirada; father, Frank Guerra of Sanger; sisters, Faith Glisson of Sacramento and Frances Kiger of Denver, Colorado; and 12 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bethel Community Church, 946 N. Bethel Ave., Sanger, CA 93657 on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 10:30 AM.

March 11, 1927 ~ May 13, 2021
Barbara Jean Milton of Parlier, Ca. went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, May 13th, 2021, she was 94 years of age, and a resident at Sierra View Homes, in Reedley, Ca.
She was born Barbara Jean Jepsen on March 11, 1927, to Edward & Marie Jepsen of Parlier, Ca. Shortly after returning from France in World War 1, Ed Jepsen opened, and operated Jepsen’s Hardware & Auto Parts in Parlier, Calif.
Barbara grew up in Parlier, graduating from Parlier High School in 1944. She attended Reedley College, and then entered the Cadet Nurse Corps for nurse’s training at Merritt Hospital in Oakland, Ca. She began full time nursing in 1948 at Reedley Hospital, in Reedley, Ca. In December of 1948 she married her first-grade sweetheart, the love of her life, Richard Milton, and they began a life of farming on Manning Avenue between Reedley and Parlier. Barb worked summers running a packing crew on the ranch and the other seasons working at Reedley Hospital. They raised two sons, Richard Edward Milton, and Rodney Lewis Milton . They helped the boys form “Rick and Rod’s” fruit stand on Manning Avenue, east of Smith, in Reedley, Ca.
Barbara’s life was full, she was active in St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Church where she was the organist and Sunday School Teacher. She volunteered for Easter Seals, the March of Dimes, and Red Cross. She was also active in the Parlier YMCA and led the TRI HI Y girls’ group at Parlier High School. Her talents were many. Often in the evenings she would receive calls from family, friends, and acquaintances needing advice or comfort with medical issues they or their families were facing. She always had a casserole on hand in the freezer for impromptu dinners. The microwave was for her, the most wonderful invention of the 20th century. She stayed in close contact with her many cousins through the years, and her family meant everything to her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed & Marie Jepsen, her brother Henry Jepsen, her sister, June McMullen, and her husband Richard W. Milton in 2015. She leaves behind her sons Rick, his wife Denise Milton and Rod, his wife Kathy Milton, both from Parlier, Ca. granddaughter Lori Milton Pennebaker and her finance Justin Tweedy, of Sanger, grandson Matt Milton and his wife Jana Milton of Boise, ID. And five great grandchildren, Mitchell & Mattie Rose Pennebaker of Sanger, & Emma Susan, Tommy and Clara Barbara Milton from Boise, ID.
She will forever be in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara’s memory to the Reedley College Foundation scholarship program to benefit a scholarship in her name. Payable to Reedley College Foundation, P. O. Box 227, Reedley, CA 93654. Please write in the memo line: “Barbara Milton”. Also, Christ Lutheran Church in Reedley, Sierra View Homes in Reedley or a charity of donor’s choosing.
