A group of silent protestors gathered in front of the Tulare County Superior Court in Visalia on the morning of Nov. 5 to bring awareness to child molestation and to en- courage victims to use their voice to make a difference. The protest came on the day former Dinuba Calvary Apostolic Church Youth Pastor Victor Becerra was scheduled to be sentenced after being convicted on Oct. 8 on 19 counts of child molestation. The sentencing was continued to Dec. 8, and Becerra faces life in prison.
