The $195 million in Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) was published in a “Notice of Funding Availability” (NOFA) February 26, 2020. Entitlement and Non-entitlement local governments are eligible for a prede ned formula alloca- tion as de ned in the 2020 NOFA. The City of Dinuba’s annual allocation is set at $149,291 for a ve-year total of $889,749.
The PLHA NOFA is a noncompetitive application that must be used to carry out one or more eligible activities that will prioritize investments that increase the sup- ply of housing for households with incomes at or below 60 percent of AMI, and are consistent with the program set forth in the local governments Housing Element. Local governments must have a ve-year plan identifying the proposed activi- ties and the percentage for funding that will be allocated to each, the number of households to be served at each income level, the period of affordability and level of affordability for each activity.

The City of Dinuba anticipates submitting an application under the NOFA pub- lished February 26, 2020 for the full ve-year allocation of $889,749.
