NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code; and, pursuant to the procedures of Title 10 of the Reedley Municipal Code, the Reedley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following and make a recommendation to the City Council of the City of Reedley:
1. Environmental Assessment No. 2021-14: pertains to the finding that no new environmental document is required for Change of Zone Application No. 2021-5 (Ordinance No. 2021-004), pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15162 and 15168(c)(2).
2. Change of Zone Application No. 2021-5 (Ordinance No. 2021-004) pertains to the reclassification of three contiguous parcels 370-070-45, 370-070-50 & 370-240-59) totaling 2.5 acres in size from the ML (Light Industrial) zone district to the CS (Commercial Service) zone district designation. The proposed Change of Zone Application is consistent with the subject property’s 2030 General Plan Service Commercial Planned Land Use Designation.
3. Environmental Assessment No. 2021-15: pertains to the determination that Site Plan Review Application No. 2021-13 is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32/Infill Development Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
4.
