THE QUEZON CITY BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSING DEPARTMENT

ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

This Division is responsible for a wide
range of support services, including
human and financial resources
management, asset and property
administration, and the efficient
procurement, storage, and distribution of
supplies. It operates under strict
accounting and auditing guidelines,
complying with all relevant issuances from
the City, Department of Budget and
Management, and Civil Service
Commission.

SYSTEM, RECORDS
ARCHIVING DIVISION

This Division is pivotal to the Department's
operational efficiency, serving as the sole
custodian of all business permit records,
maintaining data integrity in both physical
and electronic formats. Furthermore, it is
responsible for the continuous monitoring
and maintenance of the Department's
online system.

NOVALICHES DISTRICT
CENTER

The Novaliches District Center or NDC
serves as a “mini city hall” for residents in
Novaliches. Its primary mandate is to
implement all the programs of the Quezon
City Government in the Novaliches District,
including the enforcement of all city
ordinances and laws.

EXECUTIVE UNIT

The Executive Unit diligently supports the
department's executive arm to sustain
strength of leadership that resonates to
the whole department and its services.
