QC ID
This initiative aims to deliver more efficient
services by establishing a unified identification
system that provides a complete and accurate
database of QCitizens. An accurate database
ensures that the rightful and deserving people
avail of the City’s services in a timely manner,
while preventing fraudulent and duplicate
claims of assistance.
QC ID has five (5) types for each of the
following sectors:
Resident (Non-Sectoral)
Senior Citizen
Person with Disability (PWD)
Solo Parent
Non-resident that are working, studying
Proof of Excellence or have properties in Q.C.
2021 Good Financial Housekeeping Citizen Type Breakdown: Resident (66.8%),
Senior Citizen (28.51%), and PWD (4.58%)
Total of 423,902 QC ID distributed (as of
September 30, 2022)
Total of 703,051 applications approved
