The problem Sushila became a widow in 2020. After her husband’s death, she along with her twin daughters were abandoned by her family, which gave her immense stress and trauma. Being a young widow with no financial support, she was prey to harassment, discrimination, and even untouchability. People used to say that my life is over now. My family abandoned me and I had no support to feed my children.
