1. The President welcomed members, Lt Col (Retd) Murray, one of our Vice-Patrons, Mr Adler and Miss Cranwell-Child to the 67th Annual General Meeting. Vice Patrons Maj (Retd) Joan Battersby and Maj (Retd) Jill Machray sent their apologies as they were unable to attend and they were offered very best wishes from the Association.

Item 2 - Notice convening the meeting
4. The General Secretary read the notice convening the meeting:
‘The 67th Annual General Meeting of the QARANC Association and Annual Reunion will be held at the Victory Services Club, 63-79 Seymour Street, London W2 2HF on Saturday 16 May 2015 at 1130hrs’.
Item 3 - Confirmation of the 66th Meeting held on 17 May 2014
5. The Minutes of the 66th meeting were published in to autumn 2014 edition of The Gazette and no amendments had been notified. The President then signed them as a true record.

6. The Minutes of the 66th meeting were published in the autumn 2014 edition of The Gazette. No comments or amendments were received and there were no matters arising.
