Remembrance Sunday
On November 11th this year, the 100th Anniversary of the 1st World War, we are having a particularly special Service of Remembrance. It will begin at the War memorial at 10.45 and culminate at the church where a fantastic poppy display, created by Denfordians and friends, can be seen. A brass band and our choir will enhance the occasion. Come and join us!!
Harvest Festival and Supper
On 30th September a total of £1092.50 was raised. This reflects a brilliant effort!
Tuesday Together 10am – 12pm on Tuesday – pop in for a coffee and a chat.
Holy Communion Service in the Chancel from 10.15 – 10.45am
Saturdays 10am – 12pm – church open for coffee and chat – all welcome.

Thrapston Shoebox Campaign 2018
COME AND FILL A SHOEBOX
and make a child who has nothing, SMILE!!
In St JAMES CHURCH on
Friday 26th October from 9am -12pm and AGAIN on Saturday 27th from 9am - 1pm.
It costs £5 to send a shoebox, and that is all we ask for. Everything you need to fill it will be available in church free due to kind donations. It’s all just waiting for you to come and have fun! Bring along something you have chosen, a letter or even a photo,to add a part of you. Refreshments will be available and we hope to see you to share in the pleasure of sending love in a box, it can be life changing. We look forward to welcoming everyone. Cindy & Lindsey
