FESTIVE FUNAT GINS

Once again our youngest Members turned up in their droves to enjoy an afternoon of stories and songs and to everyone’s delight to meet Santa and Mrs Claus.
Much to the amazement of the children this year Santa arrived with his trusty elf, Colin, in Sea Echo and after a few ‘flybys’ up and down the river, Santa came into the Clubhouse and spent time with each little one, hearing what they hoped Santa might be bringing them for Christmas.
Parents and Grandparents weren’t left out as the Gins Team served mulled wine and mince pies whilst they too listened to our
wonderful story teller,Amanda Kane-Smith, telling stories including a real favourite, Jack and the Beanstalk and getting the children joining in with all her songs.
After a delicious tea, everyone enacted TheTwelve Days of Christmas and Santa and Mrs Claus slipped away back to the North Pole, to get busy with their elves making presents for children everywhere!
