You have a day off, what do you do? I would
either go and watch Oundle RFC if they are playing at home, or I have just started playing
  Favourite piece of equipment? Our new double cable machine in the gym, and
the spin bikes for classes. It’s a love-hate relationship.
What makes Oundle Fitness so special? The members! We have
seen such loyalty and commitment, especially during the pandemic and
it has made a massive difference for
all of us here. Other than that – the adaptability that we have as a small gym to cater for everyone’s individual needs.
football again, so my Sunday mornings have been taken up playing for Oundle Town Veterans FC.
If money was no object, where would you visit? When I was younger, I was fortunate to see a lot of the world, but I have never been to South America so I would love go there.
Dog, cat or iguana – who’s at home?
I have an indoor cat and it’s a Ragdoll that drives me mad. I would be willing to swap for iguana?
Any future ambitions? We are always looking out for future opportunities in and around Oundle. I have a young family so I would love to open a soft play facility locally.

Dinner at home or dine out? Love dining out in one of the village pubs – The Monty at Barnwell and The Kings Arms in Polebrook.
