F Company stepped up the tempo of their training over the run up to the Christmas period. Training has been back
in Princess Louise House since July, but we have main- tained a hybrid online and physical training program
to facilitate the challenges our Riflemen have been faced with. We are pleased to have continued training
Rfn Green, L/Cpl Robinson, L/Cpl Dingley, 2Lt Westlake, Rfn Sagar. All happy that 2Lt Westlake listened in on his mapreading lessons
through such difficult times. We have Garmin watches to the Company
to enhance PT at home. The home training is paying dividends
and the Company’s fitness is improving. 25 Riflemen successfully completed the Fan Dance in
October in prepara-
tion for cadres and
courses in 2021. We
are now focusing on
supporting 1GG and 1WG
who will deploy on OP
SHADER in 2021 and 2022 respectively. Operational tours present new and exciting training
opportunities for the Company.
