We continue to build our command team with 6 Riflemen attending a JNCO cadre in October after an F Company run pre cadre. The JNCO Cadre was predominantly run by F Coy Staff with Capt Start leading the training. We have 5 promotions to L/Cpl. With Rifleman Male achieving Top Student. This is
a testament to the hard work of the individuals who have worked incredibly hard and of the training team who have had to re-draft training almost on a
weekly basis this year.
Although the Bn Football team has
had no fixtures due to COVID, L/Cpl Smith has been selected for the Infantry Football team. We look forward to him representing infantry football next year.
Sjt Maj Sowerby has been promoted out of the company and is now the CSM of the A Coy, The London Regt. The Company wishes Sjt Maj Sowerby the
best of luck in his new role. Although the spector of COVID -9
remains the company has not missed
a beat. It has continued to work hard and conduct training throughout the uncertainty. The training team have been delighted to see that many individuals have utilised this time to seize all the opportunities that the Army Reserve offers.
