• Track and Trace: please continue to give your details upon entry, some are bringing pre-completed forms which saves time. The Diocese are sorting out NHS QR posters for us to scan with our phones which, again, should speed things up.
Numbers in Church: for regular Masses: keeping to 1 metre plus (including masks) as many as we can safely accommodate (households can sit together, maximum 6).
Baptisms – 10 persons. Weddings – 15 persons. Funerals – 30 persons.
Please keep to groups of six or fewer and maintain the two-metre rule. Avoid mingling with anyone outside of the group you are with, even if you see other people you know. There is a temptation to “bunch up” outside church, after Mass, so please ‘move along the proverbial bus’.
For the time being the Sunday Mass obligation is suspended so if you are not confident to come to public Mass with all the rules and regulations, don’t worry. We are now Live-Streaming Mass from Our Lady’s in Corby. Check the website for more details.

If you would like to ring Fr David or Canon Michael for any reason, even just for a chat or a prayer, please do so on 01536 203121.
Thrapston Baptist Church
Full marks to you if you spotted the error
in the Thrapston Baptist Church article for January Jigsaw!! You’re right... there wasn’t one!!
Somehow the deadline came and went and in no time at all, we were being asked for the February copy!! Hey ho!!
So much has happened since then. Christmas has come and gone, Tiers 2 and 3 have come and gone (as I write we’re in Tier 4), and now we are in a New Year with
all the promise it usually brings, plus this year the prospect of it being better than 2020!!
We thank God that we were able to hold three Christmas services in church. It was good to be able to share worship together in person, even though we couldn’t sing, hug or chat over coffee.
We have decided to not meet in church again until we are out of Tier 4, but will review it again once that changes – please keep an eye on our website (www.thrapstonbaptist. co.uk) to check if we are meeting, or zooming. In any event recordings of the services are available via our website (www. thrapstonbaptist.co.uk/podcasts).
Whether on zoom or in church, the services planned for February will have the following themes and preachers:
Sun 7th Feb Sun 14th Feb
Sun 21st Feb Sun 28th Feb
Sun 7th March
10.30am Morning Service
10.30am Communion Service
10.30am Morning Service
10.30am All Age Family Service
10.30am Morning Service
Don’t forget the series of Video Reflections by our minister Mat Hussain is still available on our website.
Also, please don’t forget, if you would like to speak to anyone or would like us
to pray for you or your family, then please do get in touch using our prayer request contact form on the website: (https://www. thrapstonbaptist.co.uk/prayer-requests).
Every Blessing
