YORKSHIRE CADET TRUST
PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
Following the photography competition running across the summer the judges deliberated long and hard over the entries submitted by cadets on the subject of “Cadets having fun”.
The judges had a hard task in selecting the first three competitors; however, when the results were announced the following three cadets, all from the Air Training Corps this year, were rewarded for their efforts with a camera and first prize went to Cadet Pip Sanderson of 2388 (Castleford) Squadron, second place to Cadet Kalina Davies of 195 (Grimsby) Squadron and third place to Cadet Flight Sergeant Katie Ashford of 868 (Mirfield) Squadron.
Their prizes were respectively. £150, £75 and £25 which was handed to them by Colonel David Fuller, RFCA Vice Charman and a Trustee of the Yorkshire Cadet Trust.
A selection of their winning pictures are shown and look out for this year’s competition being advertised soon.
