The host presenter for the EA Masters all-day conference and black tie dinner was TV personality Gabby Logan.
Logan is one of the UK’s top sports hosts. She has presented many programmes for the BBC, including the Invictus Games, Six Nations, MOTD and The Premier League Show. Gabby was
also part of the BBC’s Olympic London 2012 and Rio 2016 team, providing hours of live coverage with her own inimitable passion and warmth.

The study focused on the consumer experience and involved an analysis of hundreds of thousands of data points, as well as a large-scale mystery shopping exercise. They teamed up with the market-leading property portal Rightmove for this initiative, providing access to an unrivalled breadth and depth of data based
on the interactions of both agents and consumers, as well as the performance of over 1 million individual property listings at any time. This was the largest mystery shopping exercise of its kind ever undertaken in the industry. As well as adding an important qualitative measure, there were exciting insights and opportunities for learning that this part of the study revealed.

The team at Henderson Connellan were delighted to be chosen as one of the UK's top 20% of the best estate agents winning a 'highly rated ' category. The company directors from residential sales and lettings attended the
conference at the O2 and really enjoyed a trip in the new cable car which travels from the Docklands to the O2 arena crossing the mighty Thames river .
After the conference Bryan Connellan and Caroline Henderson remarked about how nice it was to be recognised for excellence by our own industry.
