ROTARY CLUB
What’s it all about?
Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million friends, leaders and problem-solvers who see
a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Rotary is made up of three parts: The Rotary Foundation, Rotary International and Rotary Clubs.
The Rotary Foundation helps fund our humanitarian activities, from local service projects to global initiatives. Since it was founded more than 100 years ago, the Foundation has spent more than £3 billion on life-changing, sustainable projects.
Rotary International supports Rotary Clubs worldwide by coordinating global programs.
Rotary Clubs unite dedicated people to exchange ideas, build relationships, and take action. While Rotary Clubs are grounded in the same values, no two are the same, because each
community has its own unique needs. At club meetings, we work to make lasting change in our communities and around the world.
Rotary Club members believe that we have
a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Our 35,000+ clubs work together to:
• Promote peace
• Fight disease
• Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
• Save mothers and children
• Supporteducation
• Grow local economies
Oundle Rotary Club was established in 1974.
It is active in supporting local and national charities. Oundle Rotary brings together people from all walks of life and getting involved brings benefits not only for the local community but also for yourself – having the chance to give back can be very rewarding.
Oundle Rotary is involved in local fundraising and community activities such as:
• World Conker Championships
• Christmas Concert, St Peter’s Church, Oundle • Santa’s Sleigh ride through Oundle and the
surrounding villages
• Oundle Food Bank
• Manufacture of PPE for use in care homes

I have a large garden that I no longer need and/or can manage, and I would like to know what my options are.
I own a parcel of land that I don’t use and I would like to explore what’s possible.
I’ve always thought or been told that I won’t get planning permission, but I’m not sure if that’s right?
The Little Land Company helps people to unlock the opportunities with their land holdings. Our free, no obligation, consultation will provide you with the answers you need to start your exciting new journey. Visit our website and call or email if there’s something you’d like to discuss with us.
