                                 RECYCLE TO RAISE
Oundle Waste Less
Used dental products can now be dropped off in the TerracycleTM collection boxes in the Thrapston and Oundle Libraries. Funds raised through the collections are donated to local charities, with the Friends of Oundle & Thrapston Libraries being the current recipients.
The collections are being
arranged through Oundle
Waste Less (OWL), a project which aims to encourage more reuse, repair, refilling, and recycling in the area. More collections points can be set up, for the current or other causes, by contacting the OWL team.
Nearly £100 has been raised for local charities since the project started, proving that one person’s waste can be another person’s treasure!
Find out more about the Oundle Waste Less project: www.transitionoundle.org.uk/ owl, @OundleWasteLess on Facebook and Instagram or email owl@transitionoundle. org.uk.
The OWL project is funded through the National Lottery Fund and the East Northamptonshire Resource Management Fund and is
managed by Transition Oundle, an organisation which helps local residents take small practical steps towards lower carbon, more sustainable living. Membership is free and participation is voluntary. Visit www.transitionoundle.org.uk for further information.

 OUNDLE MAKERS
NEW LOCATION: Oundle Library
Fourth Tuesday of every month, from 7pm – 9pm at Oundle Library.
Come along for an evening of hobbies, tea and socialising! Whether you want to build a model boat, paint a wooden clock, or work on a nerdy mosaic like me, all hobbies are welcome! The goal of this event is to work on your hobby and socialise with other people doing the same – sharing details of your hobby is encouraged, but this is not a business evening – we’re here to socialise, not sell. £3 per person.
