Sgt (SI) K Webster RAPTC ERI
The standalone role of ERI at PCRF Chicksands is an expansive Tri
Service Role providing Primary Health Care rehabilitation to over
18 departments including an Operational lodger unit and Phase 2
SUTs. The PCRF is expanding with a new build Medical Centre
and the addition of two full time Physiotherapists. Even in the
busy role as ERI, I have had frequent opportunities to get away
from the job to enjoy a bit of AT including Ex Brittany Acorn a
sailing trip from Jersey to Brest in Brittany.

Looking forward to the future, we are delivering functional and
operational speciic training at such a level that the RAF PT wing
are planning to visit for a best practice meeting. This training will
be delivered using Beaver it apparatus, functional equipment and
experience from the Tri-Service Gym Staff. Moving with the times
is inevitable, so constant support and understanding from the
CoC and Brigade is allowing DISC to move onwards and upwards
preparing individuals for future commitments. Needless to say
exciting times are on the horizon at DISC with continuous Gym
infrastructure development, professional & personal development
and student development high on the agenda.

I have been employed delivering Skills force weekends working
with schools from across the UK, various sporting events and a
Stationwide Health Fair.
Football, Athletics, Rugby, Cross Country and Squash are strong
favourites within the unit all of which have a high sporting honours
success rate.
