Nearly my first year anniversary and how time flies by.
The year so far has been a challenge to us all at
the Club, however we are far from alone, so we need to keep the Club and its offering under constant review. In the early part of the year we saw footfall increase, which
was very encouraging after the hard work put in by the
Flag Officers, their spouses and volunteers to rejuvenate the Clubhouse. The Team has worked hard to make sure the Clubhouse and changing areas are also clean and tidy, ready for your visits.
Following a very good trading month in June, the weather for the next few months was dreadful and had an obvious effect on footfall. However, the sun has been shining in September. The Summer Party and Royal Cruising Club’s Beaulieu River Meet Centennial Celebrations at the Club, have successfully shown Members, visitors and local sailors the excellent offering at Gins.
Moving forward to the Autumn and Winter, we have put together a comprehensive calendar of events for you. Please feel free to bring along friends to enjoy the themed lunches we have planned. These can be found on the calendar on the Website and in the monthly “All yours!” leaflet available at the Club.
This year, from the 23rd November to the 23rd December we are serving a traditional Christmas Lunch, 3 courses for only £20.00, Thursday to Saturday. So why not make it easy for yourselves and dine out? Bring family and friends to enjoy a bit of pre-Christmas festive fun and great food in a wonderful location.
