Armed Forces ‘All Inclusive Discount Scheme’ from Bovis Homes
   Loachbrook Meadow, Congleton
This special scheme is available to serving members of the UK Armed Forces and active reservists.
This initiative also allows service personnel to combine it with existing Government assistance schemes, such as Help to Buy Equity Loan, and Forces Help to Buy, enabling them to purchase their own home without the need to save for a deposit under our Trinity programme.
What does the ‘All Inclusive Discount Scheme’ include?
• A price discount of £500 for every £25,000 you spend on a Bovis Home.
• All curtains, carpets and flooring included. This means you won’t need to worry about measuring up, just bring your furniture!
• Bovis Homes will contribute £500 towards your legal costs (when you use one of our referred independent solicitors).
• Built-in kitchen appliances (from Hotpoint
and Indesit) included in the price as standard. So that’s the hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine* and dishwasher* sorted too.
