Our Q&A finds out more about The Falcon Inn at Fotheringhay. Madison Keys and Zak Perrin took over the pub in December 2019, just before Covid took its toll on the hospitality industry. But they kept their focus through the tough days and now have an award winning pub serving incredible food and drink. (page 30).
