The LAD has been strongly represented within both RAC and REME football with 10 members representing QDG in league football and the LAD at the REME 6s and Festival of Sport. Cfn Brookes was selected for the Army development boxing team with the culmination of her training representing UKAF at the England Boxing National Development Championships, winning both bouts at 57kg becoming the Senior Development Champion. LCpl Edwards joined the Army Motorcycle Road racing team as pit crew, setting up and repairing the bikes for practice, quali- fying and racing, allowing him to utilise his trade skills in the sport that he loves.
