Charter Fair: end of an era...
From a beer festival to open air cinema and Charter fair to local Olympians
Lovely Lindsey Burch has finally decided
to hang up her colourful costumes and step back from the Charter Fair committee after
20 years. The fair needs new people to keep driving it forward. Could you spare some time to help out on the committee? (page 22)
Beer, food and family fun are on offer from 23rd to 25th August – and all on your doorstep at the Sports Club and Playing Fields. Thrapston Beer Festival have been working hard to bring you some fabulous entertainment and, it goes without saying, a huge choice of beers, ciders and a bit of fizz too (page 11).
