Spring is really in the air...
From fundraising and new homes to old shops and a yummy pudding recipe...
This edition we have news of a new project from Thrapston FoodBank, and several dates for your diary. From a James Rutterford Trust charity event in March, to Thrapston Garage Sale in May, as well as the Charter Fair in June. Don’t forget to contact the Charter Fair committee if you can help!
In the land of new homes: Sharman Quinney is featured in our Q&A this month. Charlotte Geary, New Homes Sales Manager at Thrapston, tells us more (page 6).
In another brilliant ‘Glance at the past’ Eric Franklin visits the chemist (page 25).
Meanwhile, in another slice of history, Lyveden volunteers Neil and Sheila explain why they love volunteering at this National Trust property that is such an historic gem (page 18).
Itching to get out into the garden? There’s an article for that to take you through March and into early Spring (page 11)!
Or maybe you’d prefer to relax with a delicious pudding? AGA have provided a seasonable Hot Cross Bun Pudding to tempt your tastebuds (page 30).
