Director
Lee joined Henderson Connellan in 1998 and has been involved in estate agency for over 23 years. Lee has worked across
all of our of ces in the
group having managed
the Kettering branch and
launching the Market
Harborough of ce in 2002.
He is now the Director of our Corby branch which he spearheaded in 2010. Lee brings an immense amount of experience and know-how with him, having achieved great success during his career.
As a family man, Lee has two teenage girls who take up most of his personal time. Lee enjoys a daily visit to the gym to keep t and during the summer taking the whole family to music festivals and watching both Leicester Tigers and Liverpool FC.

Nick Ripley
Independent Financial Adviser
Nick specialises in all aspects of mortgage and protection business and has over 30 years’ of experience.
He started out in estate
agency in the corporate
world and then progressed
into the independent sector,
followed by a move to Royal & Sun Alliance where he became one of the top 10 mortgage advisers in the country.
In 2012 he was the rst consultant to join Anstee & Co, who are a local fully Independent Financial Advisory company based in Kettering. He holds a senior position and can offer a wealth of advice within this sector.
Nick has a passion for golf, cooking and entertaining.

Phil Caldwell
Associate Director
Phil joined Henderson
Connellan in 2006 having
acquired 9 years valuable
experience selling property
in Northampton. Phil
started his career within
our Market Harborough
of ce producing strong sales
results and helping many
people move home. He has
been inspirational in building a successful of ce in Corby. Phil’s supportive and helpful approach with clients has seen many return to seek his service repeatedly as his reliability and warmth impresses all that meet him.
When not in work his two sons Ben and Toby occupy much of his time along with long dog walks in the countryside, the odd glass of Merlot and keeping a close eye on his beloved Liverpool FC.

Shane Harmon

Shane joined the Corby team in March 2017 and arrives with an impressive amount of managerial experience which allows for him to apply a professional and friendly approach
to dealing face to face
with clients and helping
people move home.
Shane is a young family man with twins who he enjoys spending most of his free time with, he enjoys playing football in a Northants league and socialising with friends. "Friendly and well balanced" is the feedback we are receiving from Shanes early clients which is perfect!
His favourite place to eat is at The Red Lion in Middleton which serves a lovely steak!
Christie Taylor
Senior Sales Negotiator
Christie joined Henderson
Connellan during 2016 and
has been working in Corby
for the last 5 years, bringing
with her three years of local
estate agency experience and
a wealth of local knowledge.
Christie has spent the last
two years of her career
successfully selling new cars for a Corby dealership, after deciding that it was not the career for her she is now happier than ever to be back selling property in Corby and the surrounding villages!
Christie is always striving to be the best possible estate agent she can be and always puts our clients’ interests rst, consistently proving to be helpful and supportive to every person she deals with.
When not in work, she enjoys keeping busy in the kitchen cooking for herself and her partner Alix at their home in Uppingham. Christie also enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family and relaxing in front of the telly.

Linda Hardacre
Of ce Administrator
Linda joined our Corby team in 2011 and has been keeping us all in check
ever since! Linda is our Of ce Administrator which is an all-encompassing
role ensuring that all our properties are professionally tailored with oorplans, photographs and marketing descriptions.
Linda has lived in Corby all her life and has just recently bought her dream thatched roof cottage in Stanion where her and her newlywed husband like taking long dog walks and sometimes popping into the village pub!
Linda has a busy life away from the of ce with
a keen interest in travel and the arts, she loves socialising and is always nice to be around due to her warm, friendly demeanour.
