Thank you to all those who have helped as Street or Static point Poppy Collectors over the campaign, and
a really big thank you to
everyone who gave to the
Poppy Appeal and attended
any of the Thrapston & District RBL Branch or Town Council events that commemorated the 100th Anniversary of the Armistice.
The exortation at the end of the RBL ‘Homage’ needs to be a reality in 2018 not just a phrase we say, “We WILL remember them”.
Thrapston & District RBL Branch will be staging a ‘Poppy Concert’ at The Plaza Cosy Nook at 7.30pm on 23rd November, featuring The Seagrave Singers. Tickets are £7.50 from Mrs Sheila Cowell 01832 730418
