One to circle for a luxury break in 2022, Nordic Hotels & Resorts are opening an art deco retreat in the Norwegian capital, featuring the city’s first year-round rooftop pool, sauna and terrace. Housed in a 1930s building that was originally home to Oslo’s electrical company – situated in the affluent West End with innovative dining, cultural hotspots and Frogner Park on its
