AUCTION – 28th SEPTEMBER
St James’ Church will be holding another Auction of Gifts and Promises on 28th September. If you have any good new items you would like to donate, please contact the number below. If you have a gift or talent for something, you can offer that i.e. mowing someone’s grass, cooking a dinner party
for so many. The list is endless. We have a beautiful hand made Quilt that two ladies have made.
There will be a Catalogue of items available in September and tickets will
be available very soon. There will be an opportunity to view the items on the morning of the Auction. Silent bids will be most welcome.

Our Wedding Dress Celebration Exhibition
and the service afterwards have raised around £700. We are very grateful to all who contributed in any way especially Janice Colson and all the team for their hard work in putting it all together, helping out during the exhibition and clearing everything away afterwards.
Please note in your diaries to save the following dates:
11-13th October: Arts and Crafts event
6-8th December: Christmas Tree Festival (theme:- Nursery rhymes)
