We knew HC were good as we had used them
previously, but this time they exceeded their own high standards. From the initial telephone enquiry Holly sounded genuinely keen to come and appraise the property and promptly arranged for David to do so, he gave an honest and realistic valuation and talked us through the process without the hard sell. They even hand delivered some property details later that evening. We didn’t speak to any other agents as we were con dent HC were the right team for the job. On instruction the following week Holly came round to prepare the details and again was really enthusiastic about the house, I was impressed as I knew this would lter through to potential buyers. Harborough was a mixed one from outright unprofessional to absolutely exceptional and Hendersons were the agent
at the exceptional mark. The sale of our property handled
by Hendersons was smooth, a buyer was introduced within days, our purchase, through a different agent was also relatively easy, strangely though because Hendersons did the chasing for us as the agent we were buying through was simply not interested once the sale had been agreed and stated that it was not his job to follow up on anything even though as we all know a house move is not a move until completion. My daughter also moved last year, however her move was not so smooth, they used the same agents as us but in reverse as they bought through Hendersons. Again Hendersons were exceptional and I genuinely believe my daughters move would not have gone through if it wasn't for the fact that Hendersons have a star in the making in Holly Smith who undoubtedly went beyond the call of duty to make everything happen ably assisted by Abby who with her continuous chasing and updating of the chain went where other agents were ether unable or unwilling to go. David and Tom you have a great team there in Harborough and in my opinion you have the number one negotiator in town in Holly Smith, look after her!!! We did get quoted slightly lower fees elsewhere, however the old adage”'you get what you pay for' is certainly applicable here.
