What’s your favourite part of the job? My favourite part of the job is getting to create cool cake designs and seeing peoples faces when they come collect them.

Your favourite cake on sale at the moment? My favourite cake changes weekly, although I will always have
a soft spot for a lemon drizzle or anything tiramisu flavoured.
What’s your best seller? Our best seller is DEFINITELY the Kinderella brownie. We can never make enough!
I love chatting with people in the shop and also meeting everyone’s four-legged friends!

Where do you get your inspiration
for new cake varieties from? I’m constantly looking at different social media accounts, and online for new ideas and creations. Sometimes I wake up in the night and a new idea will hit me.
