the pandemic. Visiting the US CAL was eye-opening, their outputs are vast and whilst they are achieving a lot, they are heavily invested in data analysis. Amidst our work, we also seized the chance to attend a university football match, which added a touch of retention to our trip.
Concluding the year, we participated in a charity day at Barclays Bank in London, setting up a stand engaging with celebri- ties and supporting a day that raised over five million pounds which was fantastic. As the year draws to a close, our atten- tion turns to Project Bramall, the 10-year
plan for Leadership. As a part of this, we are already gaining momentum in reviewing the Army Leadership Code, and with 2024 on the horizon, we antici- pate another exciting year ahead.
