Warmington Coronation Service
The Warmington Benefice will be holding a special Coronation service on Sunday 7th May at 11am to mark the Coronation of the King and the Queen Consort.
The Coronation will be held at Westminster Abbey the previous day, Saturday 6th May. The Warmington benefice consists of Cotterstock, Fotheringhay, Warmington, Southwick and Tansor. Visitors from anywhere at all are very welcome to join this special benefice service
at the church of St Mary the Blessed Virgin on Church Street in Warmington. The service will be led by Rev. Dr Donald McFadyen, vicar of the benefice. Please join us for what promises to be a very special service as part of a wonderful Coronation weekend.
FOOD FESTIVAL 17th June 2023
Visit Oundle Food Festival on Saturday 17th June 2023 9am to 4pm to experience some of the most delicious food and drink this region has to offer. One of the most popular dates in a foodie’s diary and with a wonderful, diverse selection of the finest independent food and drink producers on offer, there will be lots of opportunity to try something new.

It’s a great day out, heaven for foodies, and fun for all the family. You can enjoy what’s on offer whilst feeling good about supporting local businesses & helping the environment by reducing food miles.

CO‘RUN’ATION BAKE SALE
Big Co‘RUN’ation Bake Sale at Elton Village Hall on Bank Holiday (Monday 8th May) starting at 11am, incorporating a 14km off-road trail run, a 2-hour cycle event (both starting at 11.15am) and a 1.4 mile funrun/dog walk (12 noon) then tea, coffee and cakes in the afternoon.
This is a FREE event, with donations gratefully received for the wonderful cakes, bacon rolls and light refreshments on
offer. If people can bake or donate a cake
in lieu of a donation, even better! Funds raised will contribute to the fundraising target for ‘The Tour 21’ in support of Cure Leukaemia. Look out for more information about ‘The Tour 21’ in the June edition of Oundle Life.
