LIFE
 Happy New Year!
The Oundle area is always so full of wonderful people, so please support local.
Could you be a Guide Dog supporter and help by looking after one of their pups for the first year of life? Such an incredible charity, but it relies almost entirely on public donations to keep its services available for people living with sight loss (page 16).
When Pick Arthey closed down it was a great loss to the town, not just the petrol pumps,
but the vehicle workshop too. So it was a great relief to the community when Oundle MoT and Service Centre made its home in Herne House.
While he was still a pupil at Prince William School, Joe Nall started refining his mechanical skills at his Dad’s workshop in Ashton. Oundle
MoT and Service Centre offers everything you could need to keep your vehicle on the road, from MoTs and servicing to re-gassing air conditioning and tyres. It’s a local family firm and so convenient, why not support them and book your car in today? (page 22)
‘On the market’ features Dane Harbinson
– the watch man, who has been on the marketplace every Thursday come rain or shine for 37 years! With his canine companions, he loves his place at the heart of Oundle (page 30).
