OUNDLE SURGERY
into the new year
Happy New Year! We have had a lovely end to 2024 and are looking forward to seeing what 2025 has to bring.
Mental health awareness
We’ve seen a significant increase in self- referrals to our social prescribing team, which is fantastic. This valuable resource is here to support you. If you feel you could benefit from their help, please get in touch with the practice to arrange a consultation.
Practice open afternoon
We’re thrilled to announce an Open Afternoon at the Oundle Practice on 8th March 2025 from 10am-1pm. This special event will offer you the chance to meet our diverse team and learn more about the services we provide.
You’ll have the opportunity to speak with: GPs, Nurses, health care assistants, dispensary, social prescribers, Agewell, first contact practitioners, specialist nurses (diabetes and asthma) all of who, will explain what they offer and how they can help support the Oundle community. We will also have an Anima station where we can help get everyone set up onto this system to facilitate access.
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a fantastic way to get involved with the practice. This committee, made up of community members, works closely with us to address any questions or concerns the Oundle community may have.
If you’re interested in joining, please contact the practice, and we’ll connect you with the committee.
