Cotterstock’s last pop-up café of the season opens on Monday 8th April from 10am to 12 noon. Drop in whenever you like. The bakers will be pulling out all the stops to make this one extra special.
In a change to the advertised programme, for the final 30 minutes (if you choose to stay) Robin Windsor will treat people to a flower arranging demonstration. He will make two beautiful arrangements, showing people how to make floral decorations easily and cheaply. There will also be a free-to-enter raffle where the lucky winners will take home Robin’s arrangements.
A mat and a lovely selection of toys for pre- school children to enjoy will be available too.
The cost for any or all of a drink, cake and the demonstration too is just £3 (cash only). Please bring friends and neighbours, everyone will be warmly welcomed.
Save the date – for an Open Gardens!
Creative Oundle is delighted to confirm the date for this year’s Open gardens in Oundle on Sunday 9th June 2024.
It will be the opportunity for a great day out, visiting some of the exquisite private gardens in the heart of Oundle. We are adding more gardens this year and there will be well sign-posted plant sales and refreshments around the town. By popular demand, the event will be a month later, so we are hoping for some wonderful displays of roses to catch the eye – and of course for some warm sunshine!
Other cultural events this year including Cinema Paradiso 26th April, Outdoor Theatre 29th May, various jazz performances and Party at the Wharf 13th July.
