LIFE
Merry Christmas to all!
Wishing all our readers a fabulous Christmas and prosperous New Year!
What a year of ups and downs it’s been, with the war in Ukraine, the passing of our Queen, a new King, and far too many political changes to mention! Let’s hope 2023 brings a little more stability and calm to our lives.
Our Q&A this month features Little Blue – Ali tells us about some of the wonderful haberdashery items she has in her shop. A business truly born out of a passion for all things upcycled and crafty (page 18).
And while we are talking about recycling, how about helping Sue Ryder raise some money, by letting them take away your Christmas tree this year?(page 23)
Still need ideas for Christmas gifts? Then turn to page 33 where you will find lots of goodies that anyone would be over the moon to receive on the big day. And the best thing is, they can all be bought from local traders. Support them and you’re supporting your own economy.
Finally, who could resist this amazing chocolate orange pudding recipe? Especially
for those who don’t like the traditional fruit pudding (page 38) and Danielle at Amps can suggest just the tipple to accompany it (page 36).
