Keeping your workplace safe
Mark Palmer moved here in 1998 and instantly fell in love with Thrapston. Having previously been part of the wine shop on the corner of Market Road, it then seemed the perfect place to set up his new business – Help and

The expression “entrepreneur” is so
overused and I’m certainly not one of
them. Working in a mature industry
such as Fire and Health/Safety certainly
has helped, so too was finding Karen our Office Manager. I’d go as far as to say she’s more important to the business than me!

ease of working with us (no long automated phone systems), no hassle, flexibility and quick turnaround of jobs. With our report writing, ensuring the client is compliant is the primary aim but also to make a concerted effort to make
