Page 19 - Out Birding Spring 2023
P. 19
The juvenile Sabine’s was at Port Lympne for quite a few weeks, then a Sabine’s was reported at ‘The Patch’ Dungeness, an area of sea that is warmed by water pumped out from the power staon which srs up the fish and aracts feeding sea birds. I don’t know if this was the Port Lympne Juvenile but in early December when I was birding with Carol, Kath, Norma and Jeanee there was no sign of a Sabine’s at the Dungeness Patch.
