This beautiful stone building has sat here
since the 15th century and became a local public house in the 17th Century called The White Horse. It was renamed in the 1980’s as The Snooty Fox and is one of the most respected pub dining restaurants in the area.
Our new team of talented chefs put on the most delectable and hearty Sunday roasts packed full of flavour. Our gravy literally takes days to make from reduced stocks. Huge fluffy Yorkshire puddings and crispy roast potatoes are teamed with the best quality meats locally supplied by H. Johnson & Sons of Thrapston. We’ve been told over and over again that ours is the best
roast for miles around. Our prices are
competitive, but we are not the cheapest, nor do we wish to be. Aiming for quality every time.

Sunday Lunch is always popular.
Two roasts are offered every week including a 12-hour slow cooked Rib of Beef at £15.00 per adult, and another choice. Smaller Portions are available at £7.00. Food is served 12-7pm on a Sunday from our full menu and we guarantee roast availability up until 4pm and after 4pm if you have booked in advance and told us you wish to have a roast.
